Lead up to the 16 Days of Activism

Today, UN Women Executive Director Phumzile Mlambo Ngcuka launched the UNiTE campaign's theme for the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence – Orange the World: #HearMeToo .

This year’s theme will amplify the voices of women and girl survivors of violence around the world and support women’s movements to prevent and end violence against women and girls.
